Story time: I personally began juicing in 2012 due to not being able to have a bowel movement for nearly 2 weeks. My pooh went from brown smooth, to brown pellets to gas.

Because of the color, I knew it was healthy. But because of the type, I knew I was dehydrated even after drinking lots of water. Severe constipation followed and was caused by stress & my body not being able to break down refined sugars/bread. I would eat the bread, and it would literally sit at the top of my intestines for days (causing me to look 3 to 4 months pregnant). I would drink water and it would literally burn.
